ArlingtonHaus is a seniors community located at 880 Arlington that has been managed by the Bethania Group on behalf of Manitoba Housing and Family Services since 1998. This site has 116 suites that offer a variety of housing options, including independent living, assisted living (provides housekeeping, laundry and dietary services on a bundled service or a-la-carte basis) and supportive housing (assisted living services plus 24-hour support and supervision by a health care aide as well as recreational programming). Rent is calculated as a percentage of income, making this an attractive and affordable housing option for a broad range of incomes. The tenants enjoy a daily weekday hot meal service provided by our proficient cook, supported by a dedicated team of volunteers.
