2016 - WINNIPEG If you think you may need a prescription for a minor ailment, we can help. Pharmacists can write prescriptions for a variety of minor ailments.
What is a minor ailment and how do I know if I have one?
A minor ailment is a health condition that can generally be self-diagnosed and self-managed. It may even improve on its own over time. However, despite the name "minor", minor ailments can have a major impact on your well-being and may sometimes require prescription medication.
Examples of minor ailments that your Pharmacist can assess and prescribe treatments for include:
- Seasonal Allergies
- Acne
- Eczema
- Insect Bites
- Athlete's Foot
- Thrush
- Hemorrhoids
If you think you have a minor ailment, talk to your Pharmacist (at any location).
