Frozen meals are $4.99 - $6.99 each (365g). Larger sizes are also available (1kg, and 2.5kg). There are a total of 37 different frozen meals to choose from. The have Lasagna, Chili, Pasta, Stew, Casserole, Roast, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Cabbage Rolls (and Vegan Cabbage Rolls) and much, much more. The also carry homemade soups, burritos, potato pancakes, and more. All meals include heating instructions. Many are suitable for the microwave. They come in disposable/recyclable packaging. There are no obligations, you can order anytime you need meals.
Fresh meal/food choices: Sandwiches, wraps, salads, mini fruit platters, vegetable and cheese platters, plus a wide variety of pastries. A Chicken Wrap costs $6.29 for example, and a Greek Salad (serves 1-2) costs $9.50.
Nutritional/Dietary details: The meals contain very low levels of sodium, sugar and fat. Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy free and Gluten free meals are also available.

- Minimum order for delivery is $30.
- Same day CITY WIDE delivery service. Monday-Friday delivery fee is $7.99 per delivery (delivery times are from 8:00am - 6:00pm).
- Saturday delivery available on frozen packages with one days notice. Saturdays are $9.99 per delivery (delivery times are from 9:00am - 1:00pm).
- They also deliver to Oakbank, Headingly, and East/West St. Paul (call for rates).
- The meal packaging is compact (4 x 5 x 2 inch container) and you can fit approximately 110 of them into the freezer compartment of a standard fridge/freezer.
