Home repairs for seniors with a household income under $25,000 gross.

They give up to a $3,500 forgivable loan (free) towards the repairs as long as it will help the person's mobility, i.e. grab bars, chair lift, stair lift, ramp, lowering cupboards, walk-in shower, etc.
