Retirement can be exciting, a longed-for time in a person's life.  But for some life might lose it's zest and purpose.  What are you looking forward to as you consider the next chapter in your life if you are not quite there yet?  But if you are retired already here is something you need to know.

A couple of years ago PAL (55+) started in South West Winnipeg and has been growing by leaps and bounds since then.

Now you have time to focus on your good health by doing regular fitness programs, develop new hobbies, spend more fun time with friends and make new friends, get satisfaction by contributing a little of your skills and work experience by volunteering.  All of this can be achieved through PAL (55+).
