The Wellness Institute is a state-of-the-art medical fitness facility dedicated to improving the health of the community through health promotion, disease prevention and rehabilitation services.

Our vision is to lead a shift toward illness prevention and wellness in the healthcare system and to inspire members of our community – particularly those de-conditioned by illness, injury or inactivity – to adopt healthy lifestyles and learn to be well.
